The Kitchener Rangers are OHL champions after sweeping the Barrie Colts to win the J. Ross Robertson Cup and officially clinch a spot in the 2026 Memorial Cup in Kelowna alongside the host Kelowna Rockets. In the QMJHL, the Chicoutimi Saguenéens have taken a 2-1 series lead over the Moncton Wildcats in one of the best junior hockey playoff series in the CHL, while the Everett Silvertips lead their WHL championship series 2-1. With the Memorial Cup just days away, the CHL playoffs are heating up as the WHL and QMJHL champions battle for the final spots in Kelowna.
