EA Sports has released the player ratings for NHL 27, revealing a three-way tie among the top-rated defensemen. Quinn Hughes (Minnesota Wild), Cale Makar (Colorado Avalanche), and Zach Werenski (Columbus Blue Jackets) are all rated 95 out of 100. While Makar is recognized as the top right defenseman, Hughes and Werenski share the title of left defensemen.
