Kingston, ON - Troy Mann and the rest of the Frontenacs coaching staff have announced their leadership group for the 2026-27 OHL season. Returning as captain for the upcoming season is Vann Williamson who will be joined by newly minted alternate captains André Mondoux and Tomas Pobezal. After being named captian following the 2026 trade deadline, Williamson enters the 2026-27 season as the team's longest tenured player, having established himself as an important presence both on and off the ice. Williamson has been a member of the Frontenacs his entire OHL career, and he returns to the Frontenacs to begin his overage season as captain. His experience and commitment to the Frontenacs will be relied upon as Kingston enters the new season. "I'm excited to be back in Kingston this season,"

Konobelj, a left shot who stands six-foot-four and weighs 192 pounds, was a sixth-round pick in the 2025 OHL Priority Selection from the Ottawa Jr. 67’s U16s.
