Attack acquire veteran goaltender Ryerson Leenders from Bulldogs - 
The Owen Sound Attack have acquired goaltender Ryerson Leenders from the Brantford Bulldogs in exchange for defenceman Jet Kwajah, a fifth-round pick in the 2026 OHL Priority Selection, a conditional second-round pick in 2027, a conditional fourth-round in 2027, and a conditional 15th-round pick in 2028. Brantford receives a package of future draft capital as part of the transaction, while Owen Sound adds one of the OHL’s most experienced netminders ahead of the 2026-27 season. Leenders, a Nanticoke, Ontario native, appeared in 39 regular season games with the Bulldogs during the 2025-26 campaign, posting a 27-5-4 record with a 2.69 goals-against average and a .910 save percentage. He also recorded two shutouts and handled the bulk of Brantford’s starts, helping the club win the Hamilton Spectator Trophy as regular season champions. The Kingston Frontenacs have acquired defenceman Gavin Christie from the Brantford Bulldogs in exchange for a 2026 fifth-round pick and a 2029 second-round pick in the OHL Priority Selection. Christie, a Beamsville, Ont. native, appeared in nine games with the Bulldogs during the 2025-26 season, recording 3 shots and eight penalty minutes in his first OHL stint.  Originally selected by Brantford in the third round (58th overall) of the 2025 OHL Priority Selection, Christie spent the majority of the year with the Brantford Titans of the GOJHL where he notched 27 points (7-20–27) and 107 penalty minutes from the blueline. He was selected to participate in the 2026 GOHL Top Prospects Game at OHL's Connor McDavid Top Prospects event in January.  For Brantford, the deal brings back future draft capital as the club continues to manage its assets ahead of the 2026 OHL Priority Selection and beyond. A South Mountain, Ontario native, Holmes was originally selected by the Bulldogs in the seventh round, 129th overall, of the 2023 OHL Priority Selection. The 6-foot-4, 227-pound winger spent parts of two seasons in Brantford, appearing in 70 regular season games while recording six goals and 11 assists. Following his rookie OHL season, Holmes was selected by the Chicago Blackhawks in the fourth round, 107th overall, of the 2025 NHL Draft. During the 2025-26 campaign, the 2007-born forward produced 17 points in 49 games before adding a goal in 11 playoff contests.
