Efter 27 år som tränare på absolut högsta nivå kommer Tommy Samuelsson att pensionera sig efter säsongen. Den kunskap och erfarenhet som Samuelsson samlat på sig genom åren är direkt ovärderlig. Ulf Lundberg, som avslutat sitt uppdrag som förbundskapten för Tre Kronor dam, bör ha en liknande mentorsroll som Samuelsson kopplat till damhockeyn. Med sin internationella erfarenhet, pedagogiska och mjuka framtoning är han som klippt och skuren för den rollen.
