HARTFORD, CT – New York Rangers Associate General Manager and Hartford Wolf Pack General Manager Ryan Martin announced today that the club has signed defenseman Anthony Kehrer to a one-year contract for the 2026-27 season. Kehrer, 24, skated in seven games with the AHL’s Springfield Thunderbirds a season ago. Prior to turning pro, Kehrer skated in 166 career NCAA games over the course of five seasons with the Univ. of Wisconsin. As a member of the Badgers, Kehrer recorded 32 points (5 g, 27 a). He served as an alternate captain for the program during the 2024-25 season. The native of Winnipeg, MB, was awarded the B1G’s Sportsmanship Award following the 2024-25 campaign. HARTFORD, CT – The Hartford Wolf Pack, in conjunction with the American Hockey League (AHL), announced today the club’s full schedule for the 2026-27 season. The club’s 30th anniversary season begins on the road on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2026. The Wolf Pack will face off against the Lehigh Valley Phantoms at the PPL Center in Allentown, PA, at 7:05 p.m. This marks the second time in three seasons that the Wolf Pack open the season in Allentown. It is also the fifth straight season in which the club will open on the road. The Pack is back at PeoplesBank Arena on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, for the annual home opener. For the second consecutive season, the Wolf Pack will open the home portion of their schedule against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. The puck drop is set for 6:00 p.m. Home

HARTFORD, CT – New York Rangers Associate General Manager and Hartford Wolf Pack General Manager Ryan Martin announced today that the club has re-signed defenseman Cooper Moore to a one-year contract for the 2026-27 season. Moore, 25, recorded seven points (1 g, 6 a) in 38 games with the Wolf Pack during the 2025-26 season. He also appeared in five games with the ECHL’s Bloomington Bison, notching two assists. Moore skated in six Kelly Cup Playoff games with the Bison, scoring one goal. Selected in the fifth round, 128th overall, by the Detroit Red Wings in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft, the native of Greenwich, CT, initially signed with the Wolf Pack on Jun. 23, 2025. HARTFORD, CT – Callum Tung’s rookie season featured the expected ups-and-downs that young players face when going from the collegiate level to the pros. Split between Hartford and the ECHL’s Bloomington Bison, Tung went from learning in the classroom to learning on the ice. The 2025-26 season was ‘Pro Hockey 101’ for the former Univ. of Connecticut Husky. It’s a year that was filled with milestones and with lessons. It was a year that Tung is hoping to use a springboard into his second professional season this fall. “I learned a lot this past season,” he said when asked to reflect on his rookie campaign. “Going into my first year as a pro, I didn’t know exactly what to expect. One of the biggest things I learned was how important the little things are in day-to-day life.

Kitchener, Ont. —The Nashville Predators announced today that Jordan DeKort has accepted a new role with the organization as Professional Development Goaltending Coach. DeKort, who served most recently as the Rangers’ Director of Goaltending and Video Coach, has been an important part of the club’s hockey operations staff and goaltending development program. In his new role with Nashville, he will support the development of goaltenders across the Predators organization and will serve as the goalie coach for the Milwaukee Admirals (AHL) and Atlanta Gladiators (ECHL). “Jordan played a key role in our hockey operations as both Director of Goaltending and Video Coach,” said Kitchener Rangers General Manager Mike McKenzie. “He will be sorely missed on both fronts and as well as just his overall presence around the rinks.
