The Oilers have won two of the three games against the Sharks this season, outscoring San Jose 14-10. Of course, the Pacific Division is anyone’s race at this point in time. While the Oilers currently lead with 88 points, the Vegas Golden Knights also have 88 and Anaheim is one point behind both teams. None of those three teams have the Pacific Division locked up. While the Los Angeles Kings and San Jose Sharks appear to be fighting it out for the wild card, a run by either of them and and a drop off by any of the others and there could be a shake up in the Pacific.
