Stony Plain, Alta. - After a 4-2 loss in Red Deer on Friday night, the Edmonton Oil Kings wrapped up their 2026 FedGas preseason with a 4-2 win on Saturday night in Stony Plain against the Calgary Hitmen. "I thought the effort for complete 60 minutes was a lot better than the game in Red Deer," said Oil Kings Head Coach Jason Smith. "I think in the 3rd period, we did some good things in Red Deer.
